Phase 1 — The RUM Era

$RUM & Bottle Economy

  • $RUM token creation and WaxDAO staking setup.
  • Dig resources and chest drops introduced to seed the economy.
  • Bottle NFT set released with 3× scaling between rarities.
  • Blend recipes tying together RUM, resources, and bottle upgrades.

Phase 1.5 — Treasure, Markets & RNG

Treasure Hunts, Black Market & Fatebound Cache

  • Monthly Treasure Hunt and Gilded Treasure Hunt Passes with a 5,000 RUM reward pool.
  • Black Market rotations that burn RUM and reduce resource over-supply.
  • Fatebound Cache gamble chests and the Ancient Key system for high-risk, high-excitement pulls.
  • Recycling blends to convert old passes and items back into usable resources.

Phase 2 — Fleet & Missions

Ships, Crew & Expeditions

  • Ship NFTs that can be upgraded and maintained with resources.
  • Crew NFTs with roles, stats, and unique bonuses.
  • Mission system where you assign ships and crew to timed expeditions.
  • $RUM and resource sinks via repairs, upkeep, and deep-water adventures.
